The Story
We launched LissieLou, a cake equipment company, in 2016. At LissieLou, we specialise in high quality, eco-friendly and predominately UK-made equipment. Over the course of a few years, we have seen a huge growth in business, resulting in us having to move premises 3 times, and our brand becoming well-known across bakers.
In 2022, we launched a custom built Cake School, offering bakers a stunning premises to come and learn from the best bakers in the world, in our stunning cake studio. Shortly after, we also launched a small shop adjacent to the school and studio, which we've really seen take off. The demand for our Cake School classes are in high demand, but unaccessible for the majority of our international customers. Hence, in September 2022 we launched our Online Cake School. We are super excited to offer this outstanding resource for bakers around the world to take part in! Our mission is to give bakers, beginners and professional, the platform to develop their skills.
Meet Chell
We have partnered with the extremely talented and renowned Baker Chell from ChellBells Cakes. Chell founded ChellBells Cakes back in 2019 and has had an incredible journey to date. Chell has been baking for many years prior to starting her business for friends and family. Chell specialises in ganache and buttercream cakes creating show-stopping and unique cakes for all celebrations. More is more when it comes to Chells cake designs.
