What is included?

You will start off by learning how to stack and crumb coat your 4in and 6in sponges in buttercream. You will then move onto preparing your cake board with your wooden dowel. Next, you will learn how to cover your cakes in ganache. From here you will be taken through how to tier your cakes together. 

What is not included? 

This course does not include how to make your sponges, buttercream and ganache. These will need to be bought separately.
